COUNSEL

POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The Counsel will report to the Associate General Counsel and will provide support to the national network of ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers by managing vendor contracts, intellectual property, corporate governance and other legal research and projects as assigned. This is a hybrid position located in our Denver, Co corporate office.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

  • Manage the vendor contract lifecycle including negotiation, drafting, document management, and continuing improvement of templates and processes;
  • Enforce the company’s trademarks by monitoring infringing activities, sending cease and desist letters, and collaborating with outside counsel on escalated matters;
  • Communicate with doctors, staff, and other employees with regard to vendor contracting needs and strategy;
  • Create legal team communications to the national network of dental implant centers;
  • Perform legal research and draft memos and policies to support the network;
  • Interact with members of other departments to ensure legal issues are addressed;
  • Assist with corporate governance matters as required;
  • Contribute to department projects, initiatives, and other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Juris Doctor and licensure in at least one state.
  • 2 – 5 years of experience required.
  • Previous work experience in healthcare not required.
  • Medicare/Medicaid experience not required.

Please note: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

 

$115,000 – $125,000 annually.  Eligible for annual performance bonus.
