The training and implementation specialist will be responsible for the implementation and initial support of a custom clinical software, HopeRx, for practices within the ClearChoice network. The training and implementation specialist will work directly with the HopeRx Project Manager and Operations Managers to ensure that the software is configured properly for each location and staff members are adequately trained to perform their job functions within the system. The position will require travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities:

  • Introduce ClearChoice’s custom-built practice management software (HopeRx) to new and existing practices
  • Work with clinical, administrative, and support staff to identify best scheduling practices
  • Plan, organize, and implement a range of training activities
  • Provide onsite training for clinical and administrative staff
  • Diagnose software issues and provide solutions
  • Document customizations and relay insights and enhancement requests
  • Work with Practice Management staff to evaluate training needs
  • Provide initial product support before transitioning support to Helpdesk

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years + of software training/ implementation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or relevant work experience
  • Ability to use Microsoft Suite and Google Suite effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience working in the dental or medical industry
