Outbound Call Center Representative

The Outbound Call Center Representative will make calls to prospective patients, schedule consultations, and answers questions. The representative will also provide prospects with information about dental implants and the ClearChoice methodology. An ideal candidate is able to bond and establish a rapport with prospects while providing a high-level of customer service.

The primary responsibility is to schedule qualified consultation appointments. Additionally, agents must be knowledgeable about the operations of the dental implant center and thrive in a friendly, team-oriented working environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow a structured call process
  • Make outbound telephone calls to prospects who have expressed interest in ClearChoice services (90-120 per day)
  • Provide prospects with general information about dental implants and ClearChoice services
  • Answer questions about the ClearChoice product and process and work through objections with prospect
  • Schedule qualified prospects for appointments and build relationships with them that will ensure they attend their scheduled appointments
  • Gather demographic information for scheduling, follow-up and future marketing activities
  • Enter all data about prospect’s information into the ClearChoice office management software
  • Track all call activity and maintain the daily logs

Qualifications:

  • Three years of experience in inside sales, telesales, customer service, hospitality, service industry or an equivalent call center environment required
  • High school diploma required (college degree preferred)
  • Cheerful, personable, and approachable via the phone
  • Adept at overcoming prospective patients objections
  • Demonstrated sales, marketing and customer service skills
  • Able to educate consumers on products and services
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in closing sales
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment and maintain a pleasant demeanor
  • Telephone experience required
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills
  • Dental/medical knowledge preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Basic computer skills, strong keyboarding skills and knowledge of software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Bi-lingual speakers are welcome
