Summary

As an integral part of the ClearChoice marketing team, the Manager of Marketing Planning & Programs will be a key resource in providing marketing guidance and support to other ClearChoice departments for both specific projects (e.g., product marketing plan) and recurring programs (e.g., bi-annual internal doctor’s conference). In addition, this role is responsible for further defining and implementing a robust competitive analysis program encompassing all of ClearChoice’s markets. This is a new role in the company, reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with ClearChoice departments and other members of the Marketing creative team to clearly define the strategy, plan, content and collateral needs, and other marketing components required to fulfill on the desired objectives for a particular project or program. This includes working with the executive team on bi-annual internal conferences.
  • Develop and manage an efficient, well-defined internal process for how other ClearChoice departments engage with Marketing within the existing workflow, to initiate and execute the marketing-related aspects of their projects or programs.
  • Assess and further define ClearChoice’s competitive strategy and tactics in conjunction with other ClearChoice Marketing team members as well as ClearChoice’s key agency partners.
  • Lead competitive analysis across all of the ClearChoice markets, including identifying and analyzing key competitors in each market.
  • Define and develop broader marketing programs to provide competitive insights.
  • Support ClearChoice brand and purpose-related initiatives (e.g., charitable, sponsorships).

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior success in a dynamic, cross-functional role
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
  • Prior experience developing and managing internal marketing programs, specifically involving cross-functional internal “customers”
  • Prior creative development experience, preferably working for a creative agency
  • Prior experience in healthcare
