Summary:

This role will lead day-to-day digital marketing activities, primarily organic search, paid search, paid social, display, and site testing. The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing and Digital Marketing Coordinator to execute cohesive campaigns, grow lead response, and improve spend efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display strategy, budgets, testing, and optimization to consistently deliver leads and improve efficiency
  • Ensure site performance and lead daily and weekly reporting efforts through Google Analytics, AdWords, Bing Ads, Salesforce, and other sources
  • Manage content-driven and technical SEO efforts
  • Lead day-to-day site testing and optimization in conjunction with ClearChoice partners
  • Monitor lead performance as it relates to goals by ClearChoice location
  • Work with technical programmers to improve usability/functionality of website
  • Maintain and manage ClearChoice’s online web presence, brand, and reputation
  • Ensure data, insight, and ROI analysis from marketing campaigns are reported back to the marketing leadership team

Qualifications:

  • Must have 3-5 years of Marketing experience
  • 2+ years of Paid Search experience
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM and how to set up sites and campaigns to ensure they are optimized for search engines
  • Excellent understanding of social media practice
  • Experience managing an outside vendor partner
  • Ability to set and manage budgets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for online and media-rich, audio-visual products
  • Strong oral and written skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse set of tasks
  • Basic HTML skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred
  • Experience with WordPress is preferred
  • Agency experience is preferred
