I just want to let you know how much I appreciate all your efforts in my behalf.

After receiving a disappointing cancellation of my surgery in which I was scheduled for an All-on-4 Procedure of both the upper and lower arches, I wish to acknowledge that the people working for ClearChoice have compassion and real concern for their patients. Having been on Fosamaz and then Actonel to keep one's bones strong, I never realized the potential impact that it has on one's jawbone. A CTX Text (short for serum C-terminal telopeptide test) is performed. The surgeons require the score to be 150. Mine came in at 101. If one stays off of this medicine for a while, the score should improve and the procedure will be done.

In the meantime, I have had such a wonderful response from everyone connected with ClearChoice.

• Morgan Lewis for my first consultation and X-ray. She is a great representative for ClearChoice. She was very positive about everything and offered me hope about the way my teeth would look. When I couldn't have the surgery when expected she arranged the cleaning/maintenance I would need to avoid further bone loss in the meantime.
• Dr. Rodbro who cam in and talked with me after he saw the X-ray. He could tell how much work had been done on my teeth and he offered encouragement.
• Tiffany Trapp, hygienist did the work up of my teeth and spent a great deal of time making molds, X-rays, photographs, etc. She also provided additional confirmation that I was making the right choice.
• Dr. Patrick Pierre, DDS, DFMP who would design my teeth was very gentle and encouraging. (I met a woman in the elevator upon leaving who had her upper arch done and said he was a perfectionist and very wonderful. The upper arch she had done was beautiful.)
• Carol, hygienist at Dr. Galliani's office. She responded to Morgan's request that she clean my teeth. She said Morgan asked her to do this as an emergency for me and then I was going to have them all pulled out. I can imagine her quandary. She was very concerned for me and gave me one great leaning in spite of the confusion. I appreciate her concern.
• Dr. Galliani, I have to say that the first time I went to ClearChoice-Northbrook office, I saw him behind the window and he had such a friendly face, I wished he could be my doctor. My own dentist had always treated me negatively. I am happy to say that Dr. Galliani has taken me on as his patient. Just talking to him on the phone makes me feel happy. He seems to go the extra mile to take care of his patients. He followed up immediately with the surgeons to find out what was going on and with other professionals in his field. If nothing else comes from all this, I am happy to have found doctor I truly feel happy with.
• Dr. Hagen and Dr. Romsa. Although I have never met you, I have seen your recommendations and realize that you are the experts. I feel I can put my trust in you to do the right thing. I do want you experts to handle my surgery when the time is appropriate for you to do so.
• John Warren, Office Manger. John has been very attentive to my situation and done everything he can do to make me happy. I can't tell you how much I appreciate his willingness to give up his holiday weekend to help me get another test and for all that he continues to do to follow up with me to make everything work out right. He has had the responsibility to give me all the news (good and bad) and I appreciate that he certainly doesn't shirt from it.
• Even though I realize I haven't met personally all the people associated with ClearChoice, I want them to know that from the above examples, I believe everyone working for ClearChoice must be exemplary employees looking out for the best interests of their patients. This is a company I would recommend to anyone.
