Financing FAQs
What is the price for a single tooth replacement?
A single implant, including imaging, treatment planning, surgery, lab work, and tooth replacement, will cost, on average, between $3,500 and $7,900.
What is the price range for a full set of dental implants, including removal of several broken teeth?
An implant-supported bridge that replaces a full upper or lower arch of beautiful new teeth will cost around $20,000 to $30,000—about half of what a full arch would cost using conventional treatment approaches from other providers. This includes the removal of existing teeth that are broken or failing. We provide the complete solution to patients’ implant treatment needs, including follow-up checks, all at one location, and at a fixed price that is presented up front. If the upper and lower arches of teeth are replaced at the same time, the combined cost may be lower.
Why are dental implants expensive?
At ClearChoice, we know that for those with major dental problems, treatment can be costly. Complicated dental restorations that involve root canals, perio-surgery, and crowns and tooth supported bridges are very expensive, and usually last for seven to ten years. In most cases, patients will be facing major dental work again.
Fortunately, for many patients, dental implants offer the most reliable, and the most economical long-term solution. ClearChoice is the U.S. leader in providing the All-on-4 procedure, a proven technique using four specially placed implants and usually with no bone grafts to deliver a full arch of beautiful replacement teeth. The process allows ClearChoice to do so at half the cost of traditional implant treatment.
When do I need to pay?
Payment is due in full after the patient’s prosthodontic exam has been completed and prior to the scheduled surgery.
Why do I have to pay in advance?
Dental implant surgery is elective. And like any elective surgery, the payment is due prior to treatment. At ClearChoice, your treatment plan is recommended by the doctor at your prosthodontic exam. Your surgical team is chosen, and the surgical suite and all necessary medical materials and instruments required for your surgical appointment are reserved. In addition, our master lab technicians work with our Prosthodontists to create your custom implant bridges that allows you to leave with beautiful replacement teeth the day of your surgery.
Do any insurance companies cover this procedure?
Most dental insurance plans will cover specific items that are included in your complete treatment (e.g., X-rays, IV sedation, extractions, or crowns). Insurance plans differ in coverage and maximum dental benefits. ClearChoice does not participate directly in any insurance plans. However, we will assist you in filing for all insurance benefits for your which you may be entitled.
