Dr. Velasco is a member of both the American College of Prosthodontists, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
He was born in Colombia, where he went to dental school at Xaveriana University. After graduating in the top five of his class and practicing dentistry for eight years, Dr. Velasco went to Florida to pursue his dream of becoming a prosthodontist. He attended Nova Southeastern University and, after three years, graduated top of his class.
Dr. Velasco was then appointed to teach and became a full-time faculty member at Nova Southeastern University in both the Restorative and Prosthodontic Departments. He was in charge of the Dental Implants, Occlusion and Dental Bio-Materials Courses. He came to Austin in early 2003.
Dr. Velasco has lectured both nationally and internationally, mostly on implants. He has extensive training in high-tech dentistry and implant dentistry. Dr. Eggleston has authored or co-authored several articles about facial reconstruction and surgery in refereed professional journals. Dr. Eggleston has been placing implants since 1994, and has focused much of his practice in recent years on implant reconstruction and implant dentistry. Dr. Phillips received his dental degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1997. He then went on to obtain his medical degree at Texas Tech University Health Science Center, after which he completed an intern year in general surgery at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and the VA hospital. John A. Sobieralski, DDS, MS
Prosthodontist
Dr. Sobieralski received a BA in Chemistry from the University of Colorado Boulder, a DDS from the University of Colorado School of Dentistry Denver and a prosthodontic certificate and MS from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
Dr. Sobieralski was born in Indiana and raised in San Jose, California. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and a fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists. His professional career spanning 26 years includes a full-time faculty position, lectures at local and national meetings, and 19 years of Prosthodontics in Roseville, California. Dr. Sobieralski's experience is in all phases of fixed, removable and implant prosthodontics.

Franklin A. Niggebrugge, DDS
Oral Surgeon
Dr. Niggebrugge was born in Montreal, Canada, where he obtained a degree in biochemistry at McGill University. Following several years of researching colon cancer, Dr. Niggebrugge enrolled in dental school in Buffalo, New York and graduated with multiple honors and awards, including Magna Cum Laude. His residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery was completed at the Washington Hospital Center in D.C., where he met his future wife, Dr. Yinka Davies, who practices pediatric gastroenterology. Dr. Niggebrugge made Northern California his home in 2001.

Michael K. Parsons, DDS
Oral Surgeon
Dr. Parsons earned his Bachelor's Degree at Southeast Missouri State University. He obtained his Dental Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. Following Dental School, Dr. Parsons completed a one year General Practice residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. He was then accepted to the Medical College of Georgia in the specialized field of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. His intensive four-year training included maxillofacial reconstruction, facial trauma, general anesthesia, bone grafting, and dental implants. During his residency, Dr. Parsons also completed a fellowship in Cleft Lip and Palate Surgery at Dankook University in Seoul, South Korea.
Dr. Parsons is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, the Missouri Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and has been the past President of the St. Louis Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Parsons is an evaluator for the State of Missouri for office-based anesthesia.
Dr. Parsons strives to stay current of the latest technology and procedures. This allows him to provide the most technically advanced maxillofacial surgical care possible for his patients.

Jeffrey M. Kratky, DMD
Oral Surgeon
Dr. Kratky grew up in St. Louis County and earned a degree in biology at Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri. He was then accepted to Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated in 1994. Dr. Kratky completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. In addition to extensive training in dentoalveolar surgery and general anesthesia, his four-year surgical training included facial trauma, reconstruction, dento-facial deformities and obstructive sleep apnea.
Dr. Kratky is Board Certified in Oral Surgery and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Kratky has been in practice in the St. Louis area since 1998. Dr. Kratky has served a three-year term as Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at St. Anthonys Hospital. He also has served as President of the South County District as well as being a member on the Board of The Greater St. Louis Dental Society. His surgical interests are in the area of jaw reconstruction, implant surgery, and wisdom teeth removal.

Robert E. Willis, DDS

Dr. Willis received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Biochemistry from the University of Missouri, Columbia. He earned his DDS from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1983. He also received Certification in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1985 and also received Certification in Maxillofacial Prosthetics during his fellowship at the Truman Medical Center, Kansas City, Missouri, from 1985 to 1986. Dr. Willis is Missouri Board Certified in Prosthodontics and Maxillofacial Prosthetics and is a member of the following societies: American Dental Association, Greater St. Louis Dental Society, American College of Prosthodontics, International Academy of Osseointegration. He also is affiliated with the following hospitals: St. Johns Mercy Medical Center, St. Lukes Hospital.

Kyle S. Christensen, DDS

Dr. Christensen received his bachelor degree from the University Utah. He then performed an externship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Texas at San Antonio. He obtained his dental degree and completed his residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Washington. Dr. Christensen went into private practice in Salt Lake City, Utah where he maintains a comprehensive practice in Oral and Facial Surgery.

Dr. Peers earned his dental degree at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and went on to complete his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center in LaCrosse, Wisconsin.
Board certified by the American Board of Oral And Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Peers is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Society and the Salt Lake District Dental Society.
Dr. Peers has had a private practice in Park City, Utah since 1999. He also practices in Rock Springs, Wyoming and Salt Lake City, Utah.

Brian R. Carter, DDS

Dr. Carter received his doctorate degree in dentistry from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska in 1991. He then furthered his education by completing advanced training and certification as a specialist in prosthodontics at the University of Nebraska, in Lincoln, Nebraska in 1993. Since 1993, Dr. Carter has established and maintained two private prosthodontic practices in the Salt Lake City and Utah Valley areas of Utah. He has extensive experience in the restoration and replacement of teeth involving dental implants, fixed and removable complete and partial dentures, and cosmetic smile makeover. He is a member of the American College of Prosthodontists, American Dental Association and Utah Dental Association.

Debora Armellini, DDS, MS, FACP

Dr. Armellini received her dental degree from the Universidad Central de Venezuela. She received a Master’s Degree at the University of Michigan and embarked on a clinical Fellowship in Implant Prosthodontics at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto.
As a prosthodontist, Dr. Armellini is dedicated to the highest standard of care in the restoration and replacement of teeth. She has taught as an assistant professor at the University of Michigan, the University of Toronto, and the University of Maryland. Her research topics include the impact of dental implant treatments on quality of life, dental treatment with shortened dental arches, and computerized 3-D treatment planning with guided surgery. She has been widely published in peer-reviewed prosthodontics journals and has lectured at many national and international conferences. Dr. Armellini is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and a Fellow in Prosthodontics of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada.

Stuart L. Graves, DDS, MS
Oral Surgeon
Dr. Graves received his DDS from the University of Detroit in 1972. He has held appointments at Georgetown University Hospital, Fairfax Hospital, Fair Oaks Hospital, and Reston Hospital Center.
Dr. Graves has published several articles on implant dentistry, and currently lectures both nationally and internationally on “Practice Management” and “Advanced Surgical Procedures” for dental implants. He is past President of the Mid-Atlantic Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, past President of the Implant Society of Northern Virginia, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
