Kevin Mosher is chief executive officer for ClearChoice Management Services (“CCMS”), responsible for managing day-to-day operations of CCMS and contractual relationships with the company’s network of affiliated practices, including doctor and investor relations. An executive with more than 20 years of experience in the dental and medical technology industries, Mosher has a track record of successfully leading businesses through new phases of growth and expansion.
Prior to joining ClearChoice, Mosher served as president and CEO of medical device startup DFINE Inc., a company focused on developing new products for minimally invasive treatment of diseases of the spine, including metastatic cancer. At DFINE, Mosher oversaw the new product launch and grew the venture startup six-fold over a four-year period.
As president of Masimo Corporation, a manufacturer of medical devices, Mosher was responsible for helping to grow annual revenues of the venture-backed startup almost seven-fold – eventually leading to a successful IPO. As North American divisional president at Nobel Biocare, Mosher helped grow North American revenues by more than double over a five-year period. Mosher’s background also includes roles in sales and marketing for Baxter Healthcare and Johnson & Johnson.
In 2008, Mosher was selected as one of the few non-doctor members of the Titanium Society, an organization of implant dentistry professionals that serves as an advisory committee to the Osseointegration Foundation Board of Directors. He has also served as a campaign steering committee member of the American College of Prosthodontists Education Foundation, and was the board chairman for the National Children’s Oral Health Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on expanding dental care access to the underprivileged.
Mosher holds a Bachelor of Science in applied engineering sciences from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, and completed a graduate program in supply chain and logistics management at Navy Supply Corps School in Athens, Georgia. He subsequently served as an officer in the U.S. Navy for five years.
Todd DeYoung is president of ClearChoice Management Services, responsible for leading the company’s non-clinical administrative functions, including marketing, affiliated practice sales and affiliated practice operations.
DeYoung has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, strategy development and general management. Immediately prior to joining ClearChoice, DeYoung served as president and CEO of Pong Research Corporation, a cell phone accessories company. Before that, he was the executive vice president and chief marketing and strategy officer for Career Education Corporation – at the time, America’s second-largest for-profit education company that operated schools in more than 50 locations in the United States and internationally.
DeYoung has also served in senior roles at a variety of prominent companies, including Motorola, Allstate Insurance Corporation and Procter & Gamble. At Motorola, DeYoung was instrumental in the launch of the Motorola Razor mobile phone, and more than doubled revenues in two years. At Allstate Insurance, DeYoung led the launch of the long-running ad campaign featuring actor Dennis Haysbert.
DeYoung holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Hope College in Michigan, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
Dennis Smythe is the chief financial officer at ClearChoice Management Services, responsible for the financial, administrative, and financial risk management operations of the company. He is in charge of the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. Prior to joining ClearChoice, Smythe held CFO positions at Smashburger, a fast, casual restaurant concept with more than 370 corporate and franchise outlets in 37 states and 9 countries and Consumer Capital Partners, an investment and operating company focused on franchising and lifestyle brands.
Smythe has also held the position of CFO/Executive Vice President of Finance at Quiznos and started his career in the assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He has 20 years of experience in the fields of accounting, finance and business services.
Smythe holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master of Business Administration from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Designation and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Colorado.
Rebecca Greenawalt is Chief Strategy Officer for ClearChoice Management Services. In this role, Greenawalt is responsible for leading the teams that operationally support ClearChoice’s affiliated practices and corporate headquarters office – including the call center, procurement, information technology and practice management teams.
Having led strategic development initiatives for a number of companies, including Fortune 100 firms, Greenawalt brings to ClearChoice more than a decade of experience helping companies achieve their most important strategic and operational objectives. Prior to joining ClearChoice, she served as vice president of corporate strategy and revenue management for Inspirato, a venture-backed luxury hospitality company, and was also senior director of corporate strategy for Level 3 Communications. Previously, she spent seven years with McKinsey & Company, a global management consultancy, and has also worked in the venture capital industry.
Greenawalt holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where she was named a George F. Baker Scholar and a Siebel Scholar.
Dr. Mark Adams is vice president of clinical affairs for ClearChoice Management Services. Working with ClearChoice’s national doctor network, he helps doctors create centers of excellence with the goal of building “the practice of their dreams.” Dr. Adams serves as ClearChoice Management Services’ liaison to the affiliated network’s Clinical Advisory Board and is also a co-owner of ClearChoice’s Denver center, where he continues to be active in patient care.
In his leadership position at ClearChoice, Dr. Adams has dual goals: to help doctors in ClearChoice affiliated practices across the country serve as catalysts for hope for the many patients in their communities who have suffered from dental disease, and to work with his colleagues to ensure that ClearChoice affiliated practices offer a world-class experience for their patients.
Having practiced prosthetic dentistry for more than 30 years, Dr. Adams is widely regarded as a key opinion leader in the field. Prior to joining ClearChoice, Dr. Adams was engaged in private practice in Flint, Michigan for 23 years. During that time, he was an instructor for the Pride Institute, the country’s then-largest dental practice management consulting group. He also served as a consultant to Zimmer Dental, and he created the Peer Practicum program, which helped train over 3,000 general dentists on dental implants.
Dr. Adams has lectured extensively throughout North America on the latest innovations in clinical subjects, including implants, dental esthetics and reconstruction, as well as on case acceptance and practice management. He has served in various capacities within local, state and national dental societies throughout his career, and has authored numerous scientific and practice management publications and video presentations. In 2003 and 2009, Dr. Adams was named as one of the Top Dentists in America by the Consumers’ Research Council of America.
Dr. Adams earned his dental degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He furthered his studies at the University of Michigan with a master’s degree in prosthodontics, with an emphasis in cosmetic, implant and reconstructive dentistry. Dr. Adams served as a clinical assistant professor at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry from 1985 to 1986.
Andy Kimball is ClearChoice Management Services’ chief performance officer. He leads the performance management group, which is responsible for overseeing the network’s human resources, recruiting and training departments.
Kimball comes to ClearChoice from Qube Learning, a company he founded in 1996, which helped organizations transform cultures to their highest levels of performance. Prior to founding Qube, Kimball was the global director of sales and marketing for the financial advisory services division of Coopers & Lybrand. Before that, he rose through the ranks at Citibank from national account manager to become the youngest vice president in the bank’s history. While at Citibank, Kimball hired, trained and led his sales team to dominate its market on three continents and to grow payment processing to $70 billion. In addition, Kimball has held executive management positions with Bank of America and GE Capital, formerly GE Credit Corporation.
An internationally recognized thought leader in human performance and culture transformation, Kimball utilizes research-based methods to explore key questions about performance and success, and has helped Global 1000 organizations discover ways to maximize individual, team and organizational performance.
Kimball has addressed more than 1 million people worldwide with presentations, written more than a dozen online books and published numerous articles on topics as diverse as leadership, building a high-performance sales culture, and interactive game-based learning methodology in a multitude of industries. Events that have featured Kimball as a speaker include the Seattle Study Club Annual Symposium; the Nobel Biocare World Conference; the International Society of Performance Improvement Annual Conference; the American Society for Training & Development; Sales and Marketing Management; the Association for Quality and Participation; and the North American Simulation and Gaming Association.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics and linguistics from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Arts in international economics and foreign affairs from American University in Washington, D.C.
Jason Langley is ClearChoice Management Services’ Vice President / General Counsel. Langley leads the legal and compliance department, which is responsible for addressing the legal and regulatory issues facing the company, and providing risk management services and general legal support throughout the ClearChoice network.
Langley has been a member of the ClearChoice team since 2012, serving as a trusted adviser on a broad array of legal, regulatory, and strategic business matters. Prior to joining ClearChoice, Langley worked in private practice for a healthcare focused law firm in Denver, Colorado and served as a law clerk to Hon. Nathan B. Coats of the Colorado Supreme Court and Hon. Steven L. Bernard of the Colorado Court of Appeals.
Langley received his undergraduate business degree from the University of Georgia and earned his law degree from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
Kirsty Leyland is the Chief Human Resources Officer for ClearChoice Management Services, responsible for leading the human resource strategy to enable the achievement of the company’s overall business and growth plans, with specific focus in the areas of talent management, organizational effectiveness and culture.
Kirsty has more than 20 years’ experience in human resources; having worked in both Europe and North America for global organizations in both generalist and specialist HR capacities. Prior to joining Clear Choice, Kirsty served as Vice President of HR at Walmart, Fortune 1, leading a Global HR Services organization providing Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Global Mobility, Employee Relations, Benefits, Learning and Development services to the organization. Prior she spent 8 years’ with the Kellogg Company, the world leading cereal and snacks manufacturer, where she led the company through a 4 year global HR Transformation Program, having previously led the Kellogg HR Shared Services organization for the Americas region and was HR Business Partner to the CHRO and Leadership Team. Kirsty originally joined the Kellogg Company in the United Kingdom in 2009 as Senior Reward Director for the European region before transferring to the United States to continue her career.
Prior to joining Kellogg, Kirsty was previously employed by Walmart in the UK (Asda) for 14 years, in a variety of strategic and operational roles of increasing progression within the company: Head of Reward and Recognition, Policy, Employee Relations and Shared Services. She began her HR career at United Biscuits, the second largest snacks and frozen food manufacturer in the UK.
She received her Bachelor’s Degree with Honors, in Accounting and Finance, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel and Development from the Business School at Leeds Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom.
