Juan Alberto, DDS, MS

Dr. Alberto received his degree in prosthodontics and completed an advanced implant surgical fellowship at the University of Florida.

For the last six years, he has been a member of a highly successful group practice in Jacksonville, and he serves as part-time faculty at the College of Dentistry, where he helped develop protocols to enhance the implant curriculum. He also is an instructor to fellow dentists, particularly in the area of dental implant restoration.

Dr. Alberto consistently invests time and resources to further his education, having attended numerous seminars around the world, and he often is recognized by local news stations for his community work.

Daniel F. Galindo, DDS, FACP
Prosthodontist

Dr. Galindo received his dental degree from Universidad Javeriana School of Dentistry. He then pursued specialty training at the University of Rochester Eastman Dental Center, where he earned a certificate in prosthodontics. He later served as Assistant Professor in the Department of Prosthodontics and Operative Dentistry at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Galindo earned his Board Certification from the American Board of Prosthodontics. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists. Dr. Galindo is past President of the Arizona Section of the American College of Prosthodontists, past President of the Scottsdale/Paradise Valley Study Club, and is an active member of the American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, Central Arizona Dental Society, American College of Prosthodontists, Academy of Osseointegration, American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics, and American Prosthodontic Society.

Active in dental research, Dr. Galindo attends numerous continuing education courses every year and has published research and clinical technique papers. He has presented at numerous national and international dental meetings, including the American College of Prosthodontists, the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics, the American Prosthodontic Society and the  American Academy of Restorative Dentistry.

He has been named Top Dentist/Prosthodontist by Phoenix Magazine in 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2017.

Dr. Matos earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry in 1995. His training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery was completed in 1999 from Bellevue Hospital Center/New York University Medical Center when his specialty certificate was awarded.

In addition to being a key member of the team at ClearChoice Dental Implant Center in New Jersey, Dr. Matos is the Chief Attending Surgeon in the Division of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in the Department of Surgery at Trinitas Regional Medical Center (Elizabeth, NJ). He has also been privileged to serve as President of the Union County Dental Society.

Dr. Matos is excited to continue his passion for restoring form, function and health in the state where he was born and raised. His special interests include Trauma, Pathology and Reconstruction –Skeletofacial and Endosseous Dental Implants.

Dr. Jovic earned a Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from the Tufts University School of Dentistry in Boston, MA. He then completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) in Providence, RI. In 2008, Dr. Jovic decided to elevate his expertise beyond general dentistry by continuing his training with a heavy emphasis on prosthodontics and dental implants. His advanced prosthodontics training was completed at the University of Southern California, School of Dentistry.

He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of Osseointegration and American College of Prosthodontists.

Dr. Jovic constantly aims to remain updated on the dynamic field of implants. His specialized training allows him to provide an effective and accurate personalized plan for each patient he treats. The goal of each plan is to restore optimum function in combination with aesthetic success.

Dr. Andrawis graduated from Rutgers University Magna Cum Laude and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in New Jersey. He then completed The Jonathan and Maxine Ferencz Advanced Education Program in Prosthodontics at New York University College of Dentistry, where he was awarded the Kenneth Adisman Award for outstanding resident. From there, Dr. Andrawis gained invaluable experience as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at NYU, volunteer dentist at Four Corners Regional Health Center in Arizona and as an associate dentist in private practice in New Jersey.

As part of the team at ClearChoice Dental Implant Center in New Jersey, Dr. Andrawis works closely with patients, helping them design and customize their new smile. His warm demeanor and keen eye for detail allow him to take the time to understand his patients’ needs and expectations. When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Andrawis enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering in his community, and writing articles for dental journals. He is an active member in a number of professional organizations.

David K. Sylvester II, DDS
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon*

Dr. David Sylvester attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City for both his undergraduate and dental training. He graduated with honors and holds degrees in biology, chemistry, and a doctorate of dental surgery. He attended residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences center earning a certificate in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and a member of local, state, and national societies.

Dr. Sylvester serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Oklahoma and is in private practice at ClearChoice®, St. Louis. His areas of research and interest include dental implants with an emphasis on full-arch implant rehabilitation. Dr. Sylvester is a speaker for the Straumann Group and lectures regularly on immediate, full-arch implant therapy with an emphasis on pterygomaxillary and zygomatic implants. Dr. Sylvester has completed over 2500 arches of fixed, implant-supported prosthetics and placed more than 10,000 dental implants. He has authored book chapters and papers on these same topics.

Dr. Greg Hueler graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and completed a general practice residency at the VA Medical Center in Minneapolis. After an oral surgery teaching fellowship at Baylor College of Dentistry, he finished his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Illinois. Dr. Hueler has taught at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and the Hennepin County Medical Center.

Dr. Hueler served as Examiner for the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is presently a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He has lectured locally, nationally, and internationally on various oral surgery topics.

Dr. Esther Oh attended Duke University and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in Richmond, VA. She completed her Medical Degree at the University of North Carolina  – School of Medicine in Chapel Hill, NC, where she also completed a 6 year oral maxillofacial surgery residency. After her fellowship in oral cancer/reconstruction at the Center for Ear, Nose, Throat, and Allergy (CENTA) at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, IN she began teaching oral maxillofacial surgery residents and dental students as a clinical assistant professor at the University of Florida. She is board certified by the American Board of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. Oh has been active in many national oral surgery/maxillofacial organizations including the Florida Society of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, the American Association of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons, the International Team for Implantology, and the Academy of Osseointegration.

Dr. Oh has written numerous research articles and book chapters.
