Abraham E. Stein, DMD, MS
Dr. Stein is a 2004 graduate of Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. He then went on to complete his prosthodontic residency training at The Ohio State University. He has a passion for dentistry and delivering the highest quality care to all of his patients. Dr. Stein has special training in reconstructive implant, restorative, and esthetic dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, Academy of Osseointegration, American College of Prosthodontists, and the Carl Boucher Conference. Dr. Stein lectures nationally and is published in the International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Implants, a peer reviewed, evidence-based dental journal.

Caesar Butura, DDS
Dr. Butura’s personable, charming manner and sense of humor are only part of what make him a favorite among his patients and peers. What they really appreciate are his capabilities as a skilled and meticulous surgeon. He practices within the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, with an emphasis on dental implants and oral reconstruction.
Originally from New York City, he attended Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery graduating in 1992 and subsequently completed the oral and maxillofacial surgery program at the University of Illinois Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Butura obtained his board certification from the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in 1999. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Fellow of the Academy of Osseointegration and a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Butura had lectured extensively on implant surgery related topics and has numerous publications in prestigeous peer review journals. He has served as Secretary/Treasurer and President of the Arizona Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Association and has held various posts in national associations.
Dr. Butura has been named as one of America’s Top Dentists in the specialty of oral and maxillofacial surgery by the American Council on Excellence since 2007 and has received a superb Avvo rating.
Greg W. Hueler, DDS
Dr. Greg Hueler graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and completed a General Practice Residency at the VA Medical Center in Minneapolis. After an Oral Surgery Teaching Fellowship at Baylor College of Dentistry he finished his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the University of Illinois. Dr. Hueler has taught at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and the Hennepin County Medical Center.
Dr. Hueler served as Examiner for the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is presently a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He has lectured locally, nationally and internationally on various oral surgery topics.
Mark W. Adams, DDS, MS
Dr. Adams studied at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, earning his dental degree in 1983. He furthered his studies at the University of Michigan with a Master's degree in 1985 in Prosthodontics, with an emphasis in cosmetic, implant, and reconstructive dentistry. Dr. Adams served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry from 1985 to 1986.
With more than 30 years in clinical practice, Dr. Adams is widely regarded as an expert in the field of implant dentistry, helping to train thousands of dentists across the country. He lectures extensively throughout North America on the latest innovations in implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and reconstructive dentistry, as well as practice management. He has authored publications and video presentations.
Dr. Adams' list of accolades includes the 2003-2004 and 2009 Top Dentists of America Award, given by the Consumers' Research Council of America.
Steve E. Eckert, DDS, MS
Following graduation from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry Dr. Eckert completed a General Practice Residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Chicago. After his graduate training in Prosthodontics at the Mayo Clinic, he remained there to earn a Master of Science degree. He was then invited to be on staff at this prestigious clinic where he remains Professor Emeritus in Dentistry at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine. Perhaps Dr. Eckert’s greatest achievement was being elected by his peers to be a director/examiner for the American Board of Prosthodontics. Dr. Eckert has written extensively about implant dentistry and is currently Editor-in-Chief for the International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Implants.
Thomas D. Berry, MD, DDS
Dr. Thomas D. Berry is originally from Wichita, Kansas, and is dually trained in Oral Surgery and medicine. He received his dental degree from Creighton University and completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Emory University. Dr. Berry attended medical school at Creighton University and completed a general surgery internship at Georgia Baptist Hospital in Atlanta. Dr. Berry also practices a full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, including intraoral surgery, implant surgery, and temporomandibular joint and orthognathic surgery.
